Empty Wine Bottles? In need of a inexpensive table centerpiece? Wrapped Wine Bottle Vases are great! This is a really simple project and fairly inexpensive if you are a Wino like me.
What you need:
Spool of Twine
Empty Wine Bottle
Hot Glue Gun
Glue Sticks
Flowers
I suggest hot gluing the bottom on first and then small pieces every so often. This will help when you get to the curves of the bottles.
